Assistant Headteacher with EYFS Responsibilty.

We are looking for an inspirational and determined Assistant Headteacher to play an instrumental part in our Senior Leadership team and help to drive our aim to raise the standards of teaching and learning within the school. The role will be key in securing the school’s future success and improvement and they will work closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher. The Assistant Headteacher will have responsibility for whole school improvement, EYFS phase leadership and a class teaching commitment to exemplify and demonstrate outstanding teaching and learning. Our early years phase includes 2 – 5 years.

an astute understanding of effective learning, particular early child development
middle leadership experience, such as subject leadership
the ability to forge strong rapport at all levels of the schools and other stakeholders
